PTSA 

The 32nd Street USC PTSA is the Parent, Teacher, and Student Association for the 32nd Street School/USC Magnet in Los Angeles. The PTSA is involved in a variety of activities that support students, teachers, and staff. 

Key activities and information

  • Events and programs:

    • Reflections Program: The PTSA promotes this national arts program that encourages students to create and submit art in various categories.

    • Community events: Past events have included virtual meetings for parents and senior students, as well as end-of-year gatherings.

    • Student support: The PTSA also helps organize resources for students, such as after-school tutoring and summer camps.

  • Communication: The PTSA uses social media, such as Instagram, to keep the community informed about the latest news and events. They also maintain a Linktree with links to their various online pages.

  • Contact and volunteering: The organization seeks volunteers for various activities and provides contact information, including an email address for its president. 

Fundraising: The association holds fundraising initiatives to finance special school-year programs that enrich students.

Membership: The PTSA encourages members of the school community to join, and membership options are available through the Totem membership management site.

Mission: The PTSA's goal is to help students succeed and become future leaders by providing support and educational programs.
